Central Vacuum Systems - Shipping and Returns

RETURNS AND SHIPPING POLICIES: Please make sure you are ordering the correct item that you need, as all sales are final. You should know your machine’s or item’s type/model number and appropriate information prior to ordering. If you are not sure what you need to order, please contact mickey@cmwvacs.com, or call (301) 725-8227 with your question or concern. If you order the wrong item, only exchanges may be considered, and the customer will pay any additional costs for the new item and additional shipping charges. If certain items are opened and not contained in their original form, it voids any exchange or refund. If a refund is granted by management, it will be less a 25% restocking fee. If you find that your product is defective upon delivery, please contact us for details on returning the item to us for proper replacement. All shipping charges will be paid by our company for any returns that are due to manufacturer defects.

We reserve the right to substitute colors when the color ordered is not available.

All orders/items are shipped via UPS ground. (We do not ship to PO Boxes.) A UPS tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
