You should know your machine's or item's type/model number, and appropriate information prior to ordering. If you order the wrong item, only exchanges may be considered and customer will pay any additional costs for the new item and additional shipping charges. If certain items are opened and not contained in their original form, it voids any exchange or refund. If a refund is granted by management, it will be less a 25% restocking fee. If you find that your product is defective upon delivery, please contact us for details on returning the item to us for proper replacement. All shipping charges will be paid by our company for any returns that are due to manufacturer defects.
